Never having seen a dietitian pervasively, I was skeptical when my doctor recommended I see one late last year after returning high cholesterol and blood sugar results. I saw Kathy that day and was wrapt with the information she gave me. Things I never thought of in my 49 years. 3 months later and both my readings are pretty much normal. Kathy has and continues to give me knowledge and simple ideas on how to keep my body nutritious and healthy. so glad I went to see her as she's opened my mind to a whole new world of food and exercise, healthier lifestyle and being able to make the right choices. Also recovering from a severe shoulder issue, from a gym injury, Kathy also suggested different types of exercise to try. I have since started Pilates and it's fantastic.

Healthy eating involves the enjoyment of a variety of whole foods. Exercise involves a variety of movements that are fun to the client. My role as a health coach is to evoke motivation and provide guidance when prompted to help individuals achieve and maintain health, in any given circumstance.

BNI PRESENTATION: 16th JUNE 

I will be presenting myself and my holistic approach to dietetics at our weekly BNI meeting on the 16th of June at The St George Motor Boat Club! We gather at 6.45am for a formal start (with breakfast!) at 7am. I would love to connect with likeminded people, Lifestyle Medicine practitioners, GPs in the area, potential clients and anyone interested in what it is I do! SUPREME MEALS PROJECT 

Dietitian meets chef and creates the SLIMLINE range. Supreme Meals is a small meal prep company which mostly does contract work with Gyms. I helped analyse the menu and created a nutritionally balanced range of meals for the general public. Learn more HERE
